Statement concerning the KSA fine imposed on Novatech Solutions N.V.

This statement provides factual information about the published decision of the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit, KSA).

The published decision

On 10 March 2026, the KSA published information about its decision of 16 December 2025 imposing a fine of €24,846,000 on Novatech Solutions N.V. The KSA states that Novatech offered gambling through Qbet.com and 55Bet.com without the required Dutch licence.

Procedural status

As checked on 5 November 2026, the KSA’s publication records that objections have been lodged against both the fine decision and the decision to publish it. Please consult the official source for the published decisions and any updates to their status.
